The rotunda is the ideal place to enjoy a bottle of local wine as the sun goes down, or to while away the time with breakfast amid the panoramic views of the Tamar River.

, Tamar Valley yoghourt and preserved fruit, homemade bread and jams, are available together with the freshest of eggs cooked to your liking, served with local tomatoes, mushrooms and your choice of either crispy bacon or Tassie smoked salmon. Always available are a selection of fresh fruits, including home grown berries when in season.

A Georgian King bed invites the weary traveler, but for those who just want to put their feet up the "Chaise Lounge" beckons. The spacious ensuite has been tastefully decorated with stunning tiles, a roomy shower with an old style shower rose, and a restored wrought iron vanity basin
